Disable the “Send To” context menu

Since I have been using Windows computers I have never found a need to use this
option for anything.
Anyone ever used it?

Indeed, put a shortcut to notepad (or better yet, replace notepad with a better text editor) and you can then view any file quickly and easily without waiting for "Open With".
Doesnt matter what I added in or removed PC always hung about the "send to". Now its "sent to" the bin... yeah I know not funny.
