Multitudes of psychics discovered in Glasgow last night!

rss feed for this post's comments

Take a look at this: photos of last night's superb thunderstorm, sent in by normal people: BBC pictures

Now, I use the word "normal" very guardedly.

Actually, I think they must be psychics, of the type that can predict the future.

Why?

Well, my digital camera takes about... oh.... let me see... 4.34 minutes to focus after I press the button. you can here the gyroscope building speed up whilst it does so. And the mouse clambers out of it's comfy bed and starts doing warm up exercises before it jumps on the wheel.

And yet, not only did a dozen people manage to press their digital camera button in time for the camera to focus JUST AS THE LIGHTNING STRUCK.... but they also picked the exact 20-30 degrees of arc that the lightning was ABOUT TO LAND IN!!!

Someone calls James Rand... I'm sure his 1 million quid for a proven psychic must be looking a bit close to being claimed now!

Then call the National Enquirer.

Speedshot, most modern cameras have it, set the camera to take as many photos as it can until it cant process anymmore, takes about 2-3 a second.... don't need to be psychic, point at a the sky and randomly start snapping.

Lession over.
