My train of thought...

"Hmmm. Wonder what Wikipedia has got to say about Dollhouse..."

"Tahmoh Penikett... Odd name. I'm normally pretty good with names, but no idea where that came from.... Oh, look, a Wikipedia entry on him, that's bound to say...."

(A few clicks later)

"Hmmm. Something to do with 'First Nations' who are apparently Canadian natives."

(Back to Tahmoh's wikipedia entry)

"Oh, he auctioned off lunch with one of his female Battlestar colleagues as a fundraiser. Don't recognise her name, 'Kandyse McClure'... who did she play?"

"Ah, 'Dee'. She had LOVELY eyes. Seriously lovely eyes. That Wikipedia photo is REALLY noy good though. But look, there's a link to her official website. Let's see..."

"OH MAMA!"

Likey DollHouse Very Much Goodness

Just watched another couple of eps. Nice to see Alan Tudyk appearing again, great acting. Also great acting from the FBI agent's neighbour when their relationship turns sour (and generally all round on her part, actually).

Just got the final ep to go (plus the unaired "20 years from now" ep). Very muchy hanging on a cliffedge, so no spoilers!

Dollhouse / The IT Crowd

rss feed for this post's comments

Dollhouse: Lovin' it. Not finished yet, so no spoilers, but some nice backstories, twists, etc. Plus Ms Dushkins easy on the eye, and the guy from Battlestar's pretty good as well.

The IT Crowd: After watching one very funny (and WWAAAAYYY too close the bone) episode where the guys learn to speak "footer-speak", I've gotten round to watching series one (in one night, believe it or not) on Virgin On Demand. Very funny. Must get series 2.

YYYEEEESSSS!!!!

As much as I love Rhona Mitra, god bless her, I'm can happily (and salivatingly) announce that Ms Beckinsale has signed up for Underworld 4.

I've not seen 3 yet, but I will... as soon as The Mrs is away for a weekend... giving me time to watch Rhona two or three times, in slowmo, on a hired HD mega-large TV (or I'll just pinch Andi's and hope he doesn't notice!).

Could... no.. surely not... do you think... possibly... Rhona might sign up for #4 as well? I'll just die if that happens!

I mean it. I will die from overexposure to foxy posh bints in black leather....

Shocking. Abysmal. And downright pathetic

rss feed for this post's comments

Yes, I'm talking The Sarah Connor Chronicles. Finally gotten round to watching the last few episodes:

Shocking: The ending (no spoilers). Some right little twists there.

Abysmal: The fact that NBC or whoever it is decided to cancel it, when it was really beginning to build up steam.

Downright pathetic: The way the scriptwriters made the IT geek working with the most advanced AI ever to have existed, and taught it Dungeons and Dragons. Because obviously all IT geeks still play D&D at that age. Fuck, even I gave up in my mid-twenties, and I'd only kept on going because it was like a modern-day poker night with the boys: beers, pizza/chinky, rude jokes, farting, bitching about the ladies, etc.
